Today we finally took daddy to the train museum in balboa park. Hunter was so excited!! We stayed inside for almost 3 hours and we only left because hunter got hungry and you can't have food inside the museum. We stood and watched each exhibit for so long. Hunter could watch the trains go in and out of the tunnels and over the bridges over and over again. The old men who run the trains were so nice. They would turn on all the trains as hunter would watch in anticipation. They even stopped them right in front of him a couple times so he could see. He was very happy about that:) we were lucky to have grandma Formanek and great grandma Formanek come too! We all loved seeing hunter light up at every turn. He would say things like, "that train needs to shunt the flat beds!" And "look the trains are chuffing!" I love hearing his train talk!
Maverick was excited too!

After the train museum we went and walked around balboa park by the Lilly pond. Hunter was so excited to see the big fish and they even had a turtle just hanging out on the side.
We had an awesome day!
