So today we went to the dentist to get them filled. Luckily they were really small ones but still not fun:(
They gave him some medicine to make him loopy and then they gave him laughing gas after that. He got really silly with the medicine and I got some good photos of that.
After the medicine kicked in they laid him down on the table in a straight jacket type blanket and started the laughing gas. It worked until the numbing medicine kicked in. It freaked him out so bad to have his mouth numb he absolutely hated it! He then just cried most of the rest of the time and he was breathing through his mouth instead of his nose where the gas was coming through. So he was getting any of the gas in his system. They were able to make it through the fillings and get the work done but he was crying for most of it:( It was really sad.

After it was all over I had to watch him closely because he wanted to keep biting his lip or his tongue. We loaded him up with gauze and headed to the red store (target) to let him pick out a toy and then everything was right with the world again. I let him pick out some popsicles at the store too so that made him feel REALLY good!
All in all he did a great job!
